Rhodes also hosts the podcast, The Out Entrepreneur, a weekly program offering mentorship to LGBTQ entrepreneurs, and those aspiring to take the entrepreneurial leap. Formerly, Rhodes founded the Office of LGBTQ Policy & Practice at the New York City Administration for Children’s Services, and previously served as the founding Director of Policy at PFLAG National. He cut his teeth serving as a Program Examiner at the White House Office of Management & Budget working on health and human services programs designed to support low-income communities.
